1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of ScrollCraft (the "App"), developed by Crafter Apps (Daniel), based in France. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App on Apple‑authorized devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms and these Terms.

3. In‑App Purchases

ScrollCraft offers an optional, one‑time Pro unlock. All purchases, payment processing, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through their In-App Purchase system. We do not process payments directly. You can restore purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App. Pricing may vary by region and is set by Apple.

4. Intellectual Property

ScrollCraft, including its design, branding, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. This does not restrict your use of the SwiftUI code you generate with the App — you are free to use the generated code in your projects.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its operation, or reverse engineer it beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the "Last updated" date.
